Challenge and approach
How do you make one massage therapist stand out among 300 competitors in a single city? You don't just build them a website. You build them a whole brand.

Challenge
Sebastian Zarecki runs a mobile massage service in Bydgoszcz. He operated mostly through Booksy, in a city where more than 300 competitors offer practically the same thing in an identical format. He had no point of difference, no brand of his own, and no place on the web to call his.
Approach
I built a brand that stands apart in style and tone from every other massage therapist in the city. Instead of one page fighting 300 competitors for the phrase “massage Bydgoszcz”, I built 24 separate district pages. Each one written for a specific place: Fordon, Bartodzieje, Wyżyny and so on.
Sebastian gives up the battle for the most contested phrase and claims the ones where competition is minimal and the client is searching for exactly what he does. On top of that, an editorial typographic style that looks like a magazine cover rather than a website from 2009.
In Google, the client doesn't see “yet another massage therapist”. They see someone who looks like a person running a brand.

What I delivered.
A marketing site with around 50 static subpages laid out across 3 layers.
Layer 1, the offer. The main page presenting 3 types of massage, pricing, Booksy reviews and an FAQ. Each service (classic, full-body, relaxation) has a dedicated subpage.
Layer 2, local SEO. 24 subpages for every district of Bydgoszcz and the surrounding municipality (Fordon, Bartodzieje, Wyżyny, Białe Błota...). Each with unique copy, travel time and an FAQ specific to the location.
Layer 3, authority. A blog with 10 expert articles targeting specific phrases (“massage for back pain”, “how much does a home massage cost in Bydgoszcz”).
Three conversion paths: Booksy embed · click-to-call phone · form via Resend. The legal pages (cookies, privacy policy, terms) keep the editorial consistency of the rest of the site, sticky TOC, italic typography, § 01 - § 07 numbering.

How I built it.
Stack: Next.js 16 (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, GSAP, Lenis, Vercel, Resend, Booksy, Vitest. The whole site is static HTML files, no database, no CMS, no plugins. Content lives in TypeScript files; every change is a commit and an automatic redeploy.
Identity: black, white and grey with a single accent. Oversized italic typography, magazine-style section numbering (N° 01 - N° 07). Subtle GSAP animations and Lenis smooth scroll, no “wow effects” that distract.
Optimised for Google and AI search engines (LLMs.txt, JSON-LD, semantic HTML). Unit tests for the key components in Vitest. Fully responsive and mobile-first, working from 360 px.

Why this way.
Next.js instead of WordPress, no monthly hosting fees, zero exposure to plugin-based attacks, sub-second loading. The code belongs to the client.
24 district subpages, for terms like “mobile massage Bydgoszcz”, more than 300 therapists compete. For “massage Fordon” or “massage for back pain Bartodzieje”, barely a dozen. No one seriously works the long tail, so Szarecki can claim it within 2–3 months.
Editorial typography instead of generic wellness stock. It creates a visual sense of “premium” that no other massage therapist's site in the city has. This is differentiation through design: the cheapest way to look different in Google Maps and social previews.
